8.3. Investigation of Complaint

(a)

The Secretary shall initiate an investigation of the complaint referred to in sub-clause 8.2(b) and inform any party against whom a complaint has been made, and may require a designated agent to investigate the matter. Any complaint which on investigation is disputed may be deemed to be a dispute for the purposes of this Procedure.
