Rules for the Conduct of Proceedings in the Labour Appeal Court
|1)||The Court may, for sufficient cause shown, excuse the parties from compliance with any of these rules.|
|2)||The Judge President, or any other judge authorised by the Judge President, may give any directions that are considered just and expedient in matters of practice and procedure.|
