"employment law"
includes this Act, any other Act the administration of which has been assigned to the Minister, and any of the following Acts:

| (e) |
the Compensation for Occupational Injuries and Diseases Act, 1993 (Act No. 130 of 1993); and |
| (f) |
the Unemployment Insurance Contributions Act, 2002 (Act No. 4 of 2002]; |
