Rules regulating the Practice and Procedure for Resolving Disputes
|1)||Any party who requires the Commission to subpoena a person in terms of section 142(1) of the Act must file a completed subpoena form together with a written explanation of why the evidence of the witness to be subpoenaed is necessary.|
|2)||The application must be filed with the Commission within five days of receipt of the notice of the arbitration hearing or as directed by the commissioner hearing the arbitration.|
