A 5.1 Death in service
Should a MEMBER die then the death benefit set out in the; SCHEDULE shall be payable in the form of a lump sum to the person or persons entitled thereto, subject to Rule B 2.7.
A 5.2 GROUP INSURANCE BENEFITS cease immediately prior to the TERMINATION DATE
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in these RULES, the death GROUP INSURANCE BENEFITS provided through the POLICIES in respect of a MEMBER will cease immediately prior to the TERMINATION DATE applicable to that MEMBER.
