National Bargaining Council for the Private Security Sector

Accredited for conciliation and arbitration (which includes inquiry by arbitrator) from 01 February 2023 until 31 January 2026, on condition that the Collective Agreement is extended to non-parties as well as full operation of the Council’s dispute resolution processes. Subject to the terms set out in the accompanying attachment.

Transnet Bargaining Council

Accreditation extended until 31 April 2023.
