| 2.1. | This Agreement shall apply to parties to the agreement from 1 May 2021 or from date of signature, whichever is the latest, until 30 April 2026; and |
| 2.2. | This Agreement shall bind non-parties in terms of section 32 of the LRA as determined by the Minister of Employment and Labour, and shall remain in force until 30 April 2026. |
