Clause 47 - Levies payable by Employers who are members of the Employers' Association

Purchase

(1)

Every Employer who is a member of the Cape Furniture Manufacturers' Association shall forward any levy due and payable by members of the Association in terms of its constitution to the Secretary of the Council by not later than the 15th day of each month following that in respect of which such levies fall due.
