The parties to this Constitution, and those bound in law to this Constitution, undertake not to strike, lockout or engage in any other form of industrial action that is in conflict with the dispute resolution procedures set out in this annexure and will, should such action take place, do everything in their power to normalize the situation and ensure continuation of services throughout the processing of the dispute.
