| 1 | The Mortality Benefit Association contributions payable in respect of each member shall be 60c per week and shall in respect of a member referred to clause 17(1)(a), be diverted in equal proportions in terms of clause 12(4) from the contributions prescribed in clause 12(1)(a) of this collective agreement; and |
| 2 | in respect of a member referred to in clause 17(1)(b) be deducted weekly by his employer from the wages of the member and forwarded month by month to the Secretary of the Mortality Benefit Association. |
