This Agreement is binding on the parties and shall come into operation from the date as determined by the Minister and shall remain in force until such time as amended or three (3) years until 2023. Furthermore this agreement shall become binding and operation on non-party employees and employers once this agreement is extended by the Minister of Labour in terms of section 32 of the Act as determined by the Minister for a period of three years until 2023.
