I, Lehlohonolo Daniel Molefe, Registrar of Labour Relations, hereby notify, in terms of section 109(2) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, that Elgin Democratic Workers Union of South Africa (EDWUSA) has been registered as a trade union with effect from 18 August 2023.
