The members of the Board, Management Committee or any person and/or entity employed by the Management Committee, shall not be liable for any actions taken by and/or debt and/or liability of the SPF and are hereby indemnified by the SPF against any losses and/or expenses incurred by it as a result of or arising from the bona fide execution of their duties as such.
