The purpose of this Constitution is to govern the procedures of the National Exemptions Committee ("the Committee"), established by the Plastics Negotiating Forum (PNF) of the Metal and Engineering Industries Bargaining Council ("the Council"), in terms of Clause 22(1)(c) of the Plastics Industry Main Collective Agreement and to ensure that the Committee operates in an orderly and transparent manner.
