| 10.1 | Applications for exemption from payment of interest levied on payment of fund contributions which are in arrears must be submitted to the Regional Council for consideration. |
| 10.2 | Applications will be considered by the Regional Council Committee. |
| 10.3 | Applications must be accompanied by the reasons as to why the payment of funds is in arrears. |
