| (1) | An employer will issue an employee leaving his service with a service certificate in the form of Annexure A. |
| (2) | The employer will keep a copy of every service certificate and forward a further copy to the Council. |
| (3) | Before employing an employee, an employer will require that he produce a service certificate in the form of Annexure A from his previous employer or a certificate from the Council as proof of his previous experience. |
