I, Lehlohonolo Molefe, Registrar of Labour Relations, of section 106(2A), cancel the registration of South African Private Security Workers Union (SAPSWU) (LR2/6/2/1053) with effect from 29 July 2022
The reasons for my decision are as follows:
| • | The union failed to comply with the provisions of section 98, 99 and 100 of the Act, and |
| • | The union ceased to function in terms of its constitution |
The name of the trade union has been removed from the Register of Trade Unions.
