I, STEPHEN RATHAI, Director: Collective Bargaining, duly authorised thereto by the Minister of Employment and Labour, hereby, in terms of section 32(6)(a)(i) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, extend the period fixed in Government Notices R. 425 of 12 May 2017, R.1513 of 22 November 2019 and R.224 of 28 February 2020 to be effective from 1 November 2022 and for the period ending 31 October 2023.
