The Mibco Governing Board may appoint local committees to assist with the administration of the Fund in any particular area under such terms and conditions and with such functions and duties as it may from time to time determine. In addition, the MSSC shall convene the MIBCO Benefit Funds sub-committee periodically, in order to dispose of matters referred to in, that are not provided for in terms of these Rules,or the agreement.
