Notice is hereby given that the Code of Good Practice: Key aspects of HIV/Aids and employment set out in the schedule is issued by the Minister of Labour, on the advise of the Commission for Employment Equity, in terms of section 54 (1)(a) of the Employment Equity Act, 1998 (Act No. 55 of 1998), and by NEDLAC in terms of section 203(1)(a) of the Labour Relations Act, 1995, (Act No. 66 of 1995).
