An applicant for the issuing of an air traffic service assistant (clearance delivery) rating shall—
| (a) | be not less than 18 years of age; |
| (b) | hold a valid air traffic service licence; and |
| (c) | have successfully completed the training referred to in regulation 65.05.2. |
