| (1) | The Director shall issue an SRPL in the appropriate form, as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 72, if an applicant complies with the requirements referred to in regulation 72.02.2. |
| (2) | Upon receipt of an SRPL, a holder must immediately affix his or her signature thereon in ink in the space provided for such purpose. |
