| (1) | The Civil Aviation Authority Board must annually submit to the Minister a corporate governance plan in respect of the ensuing financial year and each of the three immediately following financial years, containing the information, taking into account the terms of the performance agreement contemplated in section 94 as the Minister or the Minister of Finance may require. |
| (2) | The structure of the corporate governance plan, the procedure for approval by the Minister and consultation requirements in respect of that plan must be contained in the performance agreement contemplated in section 94. |
