| (1) | An air service operator, whether authorised to carry dangerous goods or not, shall develop and submit to the Authority— |
| (a) | a dangerous goods operations manual to ensure compliance with this Part and the requirements as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 92; and |
| (b) | a dangerous goods training programme. |
| (2) | The content of a dangerous goods operations manual referred to in subregulartion (1) shall address the operational areas as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 92. |
