| (1) | The Director shall designate a particular portion of airspace as a prohibited, restricted, or danger area in terms of regulation 172.02.1. |
| (2) | A designation referred to in subregulation (1) shall be done in accordance with the requirements prescribed in Document SA-CATS 172. |
