The ratings for special purposes associated with a CPL (Helicopter) are— |
| (c) |
flight instructor rating (helicopter); |
| (e) |
agricultural pilot rating; |
| (f) |
helicopter sling load rating; |
| (g) |
helicopter winching rating; and |
| (h) |
helicopter game or livestock cull rating. |
| (2) |
An application for any rating referred to in subregulation (1) must be made in accordance with the regulations contained in Subparts 10, 11, 15, 16, 18, 19, 22, 23, 24 and 25, as the case maybe. |
[NB: Following the renumbering of regulation 61.06.6 as regulation 61.06.7, by regulation 20 of Notice No. R. 532, GG 36712, dated 30 July 2013 (First Amendment of the Civil Aviation Regulations, 2013)], there were no instructions for the renumbering of the subsequent regulations 61.06.7 (Ratings for special purposes for CPL (Helicopter) and 61.06.8 Recency requirement for CPL (Helicopter).
