| (1) |
A holder of a dangerous goods training approval shall engage, employ or contract— |
| (a) |
an accountable manager; |
| (c) |
a head of training; and |
| (d) |
an adequate number of ground instructors for the courses provided, who meet the following requirements: |
| (i) |
hold a Group A advanced level dangerous goods training certificate and other appropriate certificates as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 92; and |
| (ii) |
are certified by the Director as stipulated in Subpart 4 of these regulations. |
| (e) |
an individual responsible for updating, verifying updates and reviewing training material on the online platform who shall hold a current dangerous goods Group A advanced level certificate as set out in the competency based framework for dangerous goods. |
