| (1) | An applicant for the issuing of an ASTO approval shall establish a quality assurance system, incorporated in its manual of procedure, for the control and supervision of the aviation security training covered by the application. |
| (2) | Minimum standards for a quality assurance system are as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 109. |
