| (1) | The holder of an AIS certificate shall at least 60 days immediately preceding the date on which such certificate expires, apply for the renewal of such certificate. |
| (2) | The provisions of regulation 175.02.5 apply with the necessary changes to an application for the renewal of an AIS certificate. |
