| (1) | A holder of an RPC shall maintain a pilot logbook with records of the following— |
| (a) | flight time; and |
| (b) | instruction time; |
| (2) | If a holder of an RPC utilises an electronic logbook, he or she shall print and file the electronic data every 90 days. |
| (3) | A holder of an RPC shall retain a pilot logbook for at least 60 months from the date that he or she ceases to hold a valid RPC. |
| (4) | A holder of an RPC shall produce a logbook for inspection upon request by an authorised officer, inspector or authorised person. |
