| (1) | If the holder of a heliport licence desires to make any change in the quality assurance system referred to in regulation 139.03.4, which is significant to the showing of compliance with the appropriate requirements prescribed in this part, such holder shall apply to the Director for the approval of such change. |
| (2) | The provisions of regulation 139.03.10 shall apply with the necessary changes to an application for the approval of a change in the quality assurance system. |
| (3) | The Director shall approve a change in the quality assurance system if the Director is satisfied , that a holder of an aerodrome licence— |
| (a) | has made appropriate changes to his or her heliport manual; and |
| (b) | shall continue to comply with the provisions of regulations 139.03.2 to 139.03.10 , after the implementation of such approved change. |
