| (1) | The holder of a valid Grade I Aeroplane Flight Instructor Rating, in addition to the privileges of a Grade II Aeroplane Flight Instructor, may conduct training on any aeroplane class or type on which he or she holds the appropriate instructor endorsement. |
| (2) | Conduct skills tests for the issue of type ratings in respect of multi-pilot aeroplanes, provided he or she holds the appropriate class or type rating with an instructor endorsement. |
