Any matter that is in the course of being investigated, or that has been investigated by the South African Civil Aviation Authority, but on which a report has not been made by the South African Civil Aviation Authority when this Act comes into force shall, on the coming into force of this Act, be taken up and continued by the Aviation Safety Investigation Board, as if it were, or had been, an investigation under this Act.
