| (1) | A PIC shall as soon as practicably possible, if an in-flight emergency occurs, inform an appropriate ATSU of any dangerous goods carried as cargo on board an aircraft, for the information of an aerodrome intended for landing. |
| (2) | Information referred to in subregulation (1) shall include information prescribed in Document SA-CATS 92. |
