| (1) | The requirements for the issue of an agricultural pilot rating shall, with the necessary changes, be the requirements for the issue of an agricultural pilot rating prescribed in Part 61. |
| (2) | Any reference to the Director shall be deemed to include a reference to an organisation designated for the purpose in terms of Part 149, if applicable. |
