| (1) | An application in terms of this Subpart shall be submitted for the Director's approval in the prescribed form and shall be accompanied by— |
| (a) | a risk assessment report; |
| (b) | standard operating procedures; and |
| (c) | payment of appropriate fee as prescribed in Part 187. |
