| (1) | An air service operator, an entity involved in the conveyance, consignment, or handling of Dangerous Goods, and an entity approved to conduct Dangerous Goods in terms of these regulations shall be in possession of and operate in accordance with the current edition of Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air issued by ICAO. |
Note: The use of a current edition of the IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations in the place of the ICAO Technical Instructions shall be acceptable.
