No owner or operator of an aircraft with a maximum approved passenger seating configuration of more than 60 seats and which is carrying one or more passengers, shall operate the aircraft unless such aircraft is equipped with the appropriate portable battery-powered megaphones as prescribed in Document SA-CATS 91.
