The National Road Traffic Act, 1996 (Act No. 93 of 1996), and the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993 (Act No. 85 of 1993) and the regulations contained in this subpart and in subpart 2 shall apply to all roads on a licensed aerodrome or heliport as prescribed in Doc SA-CATS 139.
