| (1) | An air service operator shall ensure that third party personnel involved in passenger handling, ramp handling, acceptance handling, and loading and unloading of cargo are informed of an operator’s operational approvals and limitations with regard to conveyance of dangerous goods. |
| (2) | An air service operator shall ensure that a copy of relevant sections of the dangerous goods operations manual is available or accessible to a third party referred to in subregulation (1). |
