| (1) | An air service operator shall establish operating procedures for noise abatement as prescribed in Part 139. |
| (2) | Take-off and climb procedures for noise abatement specified by an air service operator for any one aeroplane type may vary for different aerodromes. |
| (3) | An air service operator engaged in international operations shall comply with the requirements relating to the monitoring, reporting and verification of annual CO2 emissions as prescribed in Part 91. |
