I, Dr Zwelini Lawrence Mkhize, the Minister of Health, hereby, in terms of regulation 3(3) of the Regulations made under section 27(2) of the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No. 57 of 2002), issue the Directions set out in the Schedule regarding the criteria that will guide the determination of alert levels.
