I, Dr BE Nzimande, MP, Minister of Higher Education, Science and Innovation, in terms of regulation 10(8) of the Regulations issued in terms of the Disaster Management Act, No 57 of 2002, hereby issue the Directive set out in the Schedule hereto in order to provide guidance on the implementation of the provisions for essential goods and services for higher education institutions.
