In terms of regulation 93, any person who has suffered a serious COVID-19 injury as specified in paragraph 8 caused by the administration of an applicable vaccine referred to in paragraph 7 and Schedule 1, or the dependent of a deceased person whose death resulted from the administration of an applicable vaccine, at an official vaccination site referred to in paragraph 9 and Schedule 2, may be eligible for compensation from the Scheme.
