| (1) | These directions apply to— |
| (a) | all schools, offices; and basic education institutions; |
| (b) | learners; |
| (c) | educators; and |
| (d) | officials. |
| (2) | The provisions contained in these Directions apply for the duration of the state of disaster, unless otherwise indicated. |
