I, Mr Samson Gwede Mantashe, MP, the Minister of Mineral Resources and Energy, in terms of regulation 10(8) of the Regulations issued in terms of the Disaster Management Act, 2002 (Act No. 57 of 2002), hereby issue the Directions set out in the Schedule hereto in order to provide guidance on the implementation of the provisions for essential goods and services.
