The following services will be rendered by the Department of Home Affairs during Alert Level 4 of the period of the national state of disaster:
| (a) | Re-issue of birth and death certificates; |
| (b) | issuance of temporary identity certificates; |
| (c) | registration of deaths; |
| (d) | registration of birth, excluding late registration of birth; |
| (e) | collection of identity cards or documents; and |
| (f) | application for, and collection of, passports for persons engaged in the delivery of essential goods across the borders of the Republic and those traveling outside of the Republic for receiving medical services. |
