| 11.1 | An AEFI must be reported to NISEC within 30 days of the onset of the AEFI, through the mechanism specified in Schedule 3. |
| 11.2 | A claim for compensation for an AEFI that results in causally linked injury must be lodged with the Administrator within 30 days after the claimant, or duly authorised person have been informed, in writing, of the outcome of a NISEC causality assessment by the Administrator. |
