| 10.1 | The duration of the injury that may qualify for compensation may be determined as temporary (completely resolves after any length of time) or permanent (injury does not resolve). |
| 10.2 | No vaccination that was administered prior to 17 May 2021 shall be subject to the Scheme. |
| 10.3 | No vaccine dose that is procured in terms of an agreement entered into after 5 April 2022 shall be subject to this scheme. |
