In these directions, a word or expression bears the meaning assigned to it in the Regulations published in Government Notice No. R480 in Gazette No. 43258 of 29 April 2020 by the Minister of Cooperative Governance and Traditional Affairs, as amended, issued in of section 27(2) of the Disaster Management Act, 2002, well as legislation and regulations applicable to construction and related services, unless the context indicate otherwise—
"Department"
means the Department of Higher Education and Training.
